WEDDING RECEPTION MENU
YOUR CHOICE OF STARTER:
1) Tropical Salad. A Caribbean mixed fruit dish with watermelon, mango, and red onions over a bed of salad. Served in a lemon and cilantro vinaigrette dressing.
2) Mixed Ceviche. Marlin and shrimp finely cut and marinated in lemon juice with white onion, sweet pepper and cilantro.
YOUR CHOICE OF MAIN COURSE:
1) Beef Tenderloin in Fresh Blackberry Sauce. Prepared with a different blackberry flavored sauce that highlights the fresh rosemary and thyme. Served with champagne risotto and asparagus.
2) Tropical Sea Bass. Fresh fillet from Guanacaste served on a bed of shrimp, sweet peppers and fresh cilantro. Served with a coconut milk reduction. Mashed potato with pecorino cheese and veggies on the side.
3) Children Option. Chicken fingers with salad and fries.
